I am contacting you to request the correct firmware for a DVR device that appears to be stuck during boot-up. The screen only displays the XMeye logo and does not progress further.

Here are the device details:

Model: 7004T-LM-V3

Serial number: 060052190714

Chipset: HiSilicon HI3520D

Issue: DVR freezes at XMeye logo on startup

USB recovery: I would like to attempt a USB firmware recovery if possible

Could you please provide the appropriate firmware (update.bin) and instructions for USB recovery for this device?
