<h1>No Time and Date displayed on the Client Software</h1>
<p>When the client is launched, by default the client will display the connected channel number information in the top right hand side of each channel.</p>
<p>To change the information display in this area simply press the &#8216;F2&#8217; key from your keyboard.</p>
<p>Pressing &#8216;F2&#8217; will cycle through the following information:</p>

<li>Resolution, Bit rate and Frame rate</li>

<h2>Copy a LILIN Client configuration to a different PC</h2>

<p>If you need to install and configure the LILIN Client on multiple machines, it is recommended to configure the first client machine and then copy the configuration to any other machines requiring the client.</p>
<p>To copy the Client configuration, browse to the folder of the installed LILIN Client. As default its location will be:</p>
<p>C:\Program Files\Merit LILIN\Navigator Client</p>
<p>In the Navigator Client folder you will see a folder called &#8216;users&#8217;. Copy this folder on to USB or a network shared drive, you will need to restore this folder on any future client machines.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Next, install the client on any further machines. Ensure the client software is closed and then browse to C:\Program Files\Merit LILIN\Navigator Client and replace the &#8216;users&#8217; folder.</p>
<p>Run the client and the configuration should match the original Client configuration.</p>

<p>Dates coloured in red on the calendar have recorded footage.</p>
<p>Click on the required date on the calendar and all available data for that date will populate the section below in 1-minute sections. You can refine these results by filtering for a specific time range.</p>
<p>You can see in the image to the right we have refined our search to a 5 minute period.</p>

<p>AVSS brings the Zosi Smart App to your desktop offering similar functionality and accessibility. This article will teach you how to log in to AVSS, as well as teach you how to view your cameras.</p>
<p>1. Once you have installed AVSS (download <a href="https://supports.zositech.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003788292-Win-Client-AVSS" rel="dofollow noopener" target="_blank"><strong>AVSS PC Client  </strong></a>/ <a href="https://supports.zositech.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006691912-Mac-Client-AVSS" rel="dofollow sponsored noopener" target="_blank"><strong>AVSS Mac Client </strong>)</a> to the directory of your choice, open the application by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.</p>
<p>2. When AVSS opens, enter your Zosi account name and password. These will be the same credentials you use to access the Zosi Smart App for iOS and Android.</p>

<p>The blue square highlighting 1/4th of the quadrant represents the area that you will assign your channels to. From the Device List, double-click on the channel you wish you assign to the quadrant.</p>

<p>5. Once you double click your selected channel, it will begin playing in the assigned quadrant. It may take several seconds to load the stream, and depending on your internet connection, may take longer with each stream you view simultaneously.</p>
<p>Select the next quadrant by clicking on the black box. This will highlight the quadrant in a red box. Continue assigning your channels to the quadrants as desired.</p>
<p>If you wish to view more than 4 cameras at once, select a separate layout by clicking one of layout icons located below the videos.</p>

<p>If you don’t know how to modify the IP address, please check the “Refer to the computer network card to set the IP” software will automatically modify the IP address according to your network environment, of course, you can also manually modify the IP address.</p>
