The camera often offline

1, Check whether the camera antenna is vertically upward.

2, please confirm the distance between the camera to your router, it better within 30FT, if the distance too far, the camera will offline.

Camera can’t connect to wifi

1, please confirm wifi is 2.4G or 5G, the camera only support 2.4G. And wifi password cannot exceed 12 characters.

3, or you can connect the camera to your router with network cable, then switch to wirelessly connection.

How to using PTZ function on NVR?

1, please left click your mouse, you will see a smart menu below, click PTZ control.

Please note, if your camera is digital camera, you can’t zoom in or out in this interface, it only suit for optical zoom camera.

How to setup motion tracking

If you add camera to NVR, please go to video detection to check whether your nvr support motion tracking.

Usually, NVR not support motion tracking, you need to add camera to the app Eseecloud, then add to NVR, so that you can setup motion tracking on the app.

How to set preset position cruise

1, go to setting interface—ptz control—cruise mode—select preset position cruise.

2, go back to record interface–click Preset–add more than two different positions–go to More–click cruise.

After setting successful, the camera will cruise within the preset position range.

Camera not recording after install SD card

1, Please go to setting interface–Storage setting–local storage space–check the status of the SD card.

2, SD card is in normal status, please check if SD card capacity is full, and then format the SD card.

1) Right click the mouse–system setup–channel setup–PTZ setup. select correct channel. Add first cruise point,

3) then click preset box select 2–add, add multiple cruise points in this way. You also can select “keep time” you want, preferably in five seconds or more.

Before add YI IoT camera, please connect YI IoT camera to the power supply first.

After the device is successfully started, wait for about 20s, and you can start scanning when you hear a beeping sound.

There are 3 ways to add a YI IoT camera, we recommend using ‘WiFi connection’ to add a YI IoT camera.

Click the ‘+’ icon, then click ‘Scan code binbing’, scan the QR code on YI IoT camera, the APP will show the recommended way to add.

Follow the instructions on the APP to add a YI IoT camera.

Can’t find the QR code on the YI IoT camera? You don’t need to scan the QR code, you can add the camera manually.

Add camera: WiFi connection

1. Select WiFi connection, make sure YI IoT camera is beeping, click ‘l heard the beep‘ > Next.

If the app does not show your wifi, please make sure your phone is connected to wifi.

3. The app shows the QR code to YI IoT camera to scan, phone is 4-8 inches away from the camera, camera will issue a voice prompt for a successful scan.

4. Wait for YI IoT camera to connect to wifi, set the camera name after successful connection.

1. Select ‘Hotspot config to wifi‘,make sure YI IoT camera is beeping, click ‘l heard the beep‘ > Next.

How to use YI IoT Camera without Internet？

If you don’t have wifi, or use YI IoT camera without internet, you can use Hotspot direct connect.

But you can’t watch YI IoT camera remotely, you can’t receive alarm notifications, you can only use the simplest functions.

1. Select Hotspot direct connect, then connect the phone WiFi to the network with”CAM_ “the default password is: 12345678 and return to the APP

2. Go back to the app, click on to connect, and now you can use the camera.

Note: This mode can only be used if you connect to the camera’s hotspot wifi.

Share the camera

Sharing the camera allows multiple phones to use the camera.

1. Click on the share icon > Share cameras with your family,You can choose QR Code or YI loT account to share.

Note: The other party needs to have a YI IoT account to add a camera.

1. Select QR Code, Select the permissions available to share, and then tap Share.

2. Ask invitee to open the app and press the account icon in the lower right corner of the page.

Press the QR Code icon in the upper right corner and have your friend scan.

1. Select YI IoT account, select shareable permissions, enter the invitee’s YI IoT email address, and click Share.

2. YI IoT APP will send a notification to your invitee. Your invitee needs to confirm invitation in the App.

Recording Settings

The camera will only be displayed when the SD card is inserted SD card recording settings, inserting the SD card will, the camera will restart.

By default, the camera is activated with Event recordi, after activating motion detection, the camera will automatically record when it detects motion.

You can set the recording mode in SD card recording.

All time recording: The camera will record all the time and will not stop.
Event recording: Only record when an alarm event is detected

All-day Recording: 24-hour operation
Custom: You can set the time to start recording, (up to 3)

View Camera Recording

Click on the Activity to enter the interface, ‘‘ is the cloud storage video, ‘‘ is the SD card video.

The blue time indicates the time when there is video recording.

Motion Detection Settings

After turning on motion detection, the camera detects motion and the app will push an alarm notification.
The motion detection recording is set in the SD card recording.

You can set the detection sensitivity and notification frequency in Smart Detection, and you can also activate the alarm sound.

Motion Detection: Motion detection switch
Sensitivity Level – High：The camera will generate an alert and video when detecting the object slightly shaking.

Sensitivity Level – Medium：The camera will generate an alert and video when detecting the object moving at an moderate.

Sensitivity Level – LOW：The camera will generate an alert and video when detecting the object moving significantly.

Alert Frequency: Low – 10 minute，Medium – 5 minute， High – 1 minute
Schedule: Set alarm notification working time

Camera alarm sound: When activated, the camera will sound an alarm when it detects motion.

Motion tracking Settings

Motion tracking is activated in Camera Settings.
Motion tracking allows you to track moving objects, and the camera will follow the movement of the object.

YI IoT Light bulb camera Setup

YI IoT Light bulb camera has the same function as a normal camera, the main feature is that it can be mounted on a light stand.
If your YI IoT camera supports Light, you can see the ‘‘ icon in the live screen. By clicking the ‘‘ icon, you can select the Light working mode.

Auto: When in night vision mode, the camera detects the movement of objects, the camera will start Light.

When there is no network in the installation environment, please select the following pairing method;

 1. Long press the camera Reset button for 10 seconds to restore the device to factory settings .

3. Open the mobile phone desktop-settings-wireless network, search for the device wireless hotspot name, Enter the wireless password:1234567890, connect to the wireless hotspot of the device;

1. Download and install the APP

Go to “Google Play” or “App Store” on your mobile phone, search for “iCsee Pro” or “iCsee”, and then download and install it on your phone.

2. Confirm your Wi-Fi status

A. Check if your wireless router has enabled DHCP and if it is the 2.4 GHz network. (The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi currently.)

B. Ensure your smartphone has been connected to the wireless router.

C. Ensure there is no special character in the Wi-Fi name and password, and their length does not exceed 30 digits.

How to Add the Camera to APP iCsee?

This article will tell you how to connect the cameras to the APP iCsee. If you order a camera I41ES/I41ED, please follow below instruction to add it to the APP step by step.

• Firstly, please click Sign Up on the APP

• Then, please input the username, password, email address/phone number, and the verification code and click Sign Up:

How to Setup 24 Hours Recording for the Camera?

The camera supports recording constant videos for 24 hours. Please follow below instruction to set it up step by step.

1.Before you set up the recording, please make sure an SD card has been inserted into the camera, and the SD card is recognized. Please go to the Settings of the camera.

2.Then, please go to Storage Management to check the Storage Capacity. If the SD card is recognized, the capacity won’t be 0.

3.Next, please go to Advanced Settings.

4.Finally, please turn on the Record switch.
Once the Record Switch is turned on, the camera will record videos for 24 hours.
Pack Duration: it means that each recording file will be 5 minutes. The users could adjust the length of the recordings files manually.
Audio: the camera will record audio for the video if it is turned on.

How to Set Up the Motion Detection Recording for the Cameras

1.Before you set up the recording, please make sure an SD card has been inserted into the camera, and the SD card is recognized. Please go to Settings of the camera.
Then, please go to Storage Management to check the Storage Capacity. If the SD card is recognized, the capacity won’t be 0.

2.Next, please go to Motion Alarm to enable the motion detection settings.

3.On the Smart Alarm section, please turn on the Open option. If you need, you could also turn on Human Shape Detection.
Finally, please go to Alarm Action to select Take a Video for the Alarm Action so that the camera will record a video when it has motion detection.

4.For motion detection, you could set up the alarm sensitivity and the alarm time and alarm area on the Other Settings section.

On the Rule Setting, the users could adjust the alarm area for motion detection.

The Alarm Time is 24 hours as a default, and the users could also custom the Alarm time based on their own requirements.

If you follow the instruction to set up the recording, the camera will record videos for motion detection. If you have a concern about it, please submit a request to the technical support.

How to playback videos on the phone APP

If the camera record videos, the users could playback the videos through the phone APP.

1.On the APP, please open the camera for previewing and then select the Playback button.

2.It will have three options for playback: Video, Cloud Service, and Photos.

3.Here, we select Video for playback as an example.

Login IPC360 Home

To use the IPC360 Home camera, you need to register for an IPC360 Home account and log in.

Connect IPC360 Home camera to wifi

1. Click Add Device or + , to enter the Add Camera screen. To have a better service, please confirm the country selected is your current location.

2. Scan the QR code of IPC360 Home camera, the QR code is on the camera, not on the manual.

If you can’t find the QR code of the camera or the QR code is corrupted, please click on ‘QR code cannot be found or missing?’ and select wifi camera.

3. Let the IPC360 Home camera connect to the power supply, if it is a bulb camera, please connect the lamp holder and start the power.

After the camera is powered on, wait for the camera to start up, about 30 seconds, if the red light does not flash rapidly, please reset the camera.

4. Click ‘My camera light flashes in red.’, then click Next.

5. Go to your phone’s wifi list, connect to IPC360 Home Camera’s hotspot wifi, the wifi name is “IPC365 AP-xxx” or “IPC360-xxx” , after connecting, return to APP, select your wifi, and enter the wifi password.

Connect the camera’s hotspot wifi in your mobile phone’s wifi list, the wifi name is “IPC365 AP-xxx” or “IPC360-xxx”, after connecting, go back to APP, click No Internet.

3. After entering the No Internet interface, you can start to use the IPC360 Home camera, it is recommended that you set a password for the camera’s wifi, otherwise anyone can connect to the camera.

4. After setting the password, the camera will reboot, reconnect the camera’s wifi, and enter the wifi password you set.

Recording settings

To enable the IPC360 Home camera to record, you need a memory card to work, please first insert the memory card in the camera off state, the camera can be recognised normally.

1. After inserting the memory card into the MicroSD Card interface, check if the memory card status is Normal, if it shows abnormality, please try to format the memory card.

2. You can set the Record Storage Mode and Video Quality.

Viewing Memory Card Recordings

In the camera’s live video interface, click SD Card, you can view the video saved in the memory card.

The coloured time indicates the recording time, and the yellow time indicates the alarm recording.

Motion Detection Settings

IPC360 Home camera’s motion detection is always on and can’t be turned off, if you don’t want to receive alarm notifications, you can turn off Alarm Push Notifications in the Alarm interface.

You can set the alarm sensitivity and time. The camera also has Smart Al Detection and Human Detection, which require a subscription to activate.

You can also set up Alarm Soundhe and Alarm Light. With Alarm Soundhe set up, the camera will sound an alarm when it detects movement.

Setting Alarm Light will activate a white light when the camera detects motion. (This function is available only when white light is supported)

View Alarm Messages

You can view alarm messages in the Alarm interface, and if you have inserted a memory card, click on the message to view the recording.

Night vision light settings

You can set the IPC360 Home camera’s night vision operating mode in the Night Vision section of the Video screen or the Live Video screen.

Smart Mode: Switch to Smart Mode and enjoy black and white night vision. The camera delivers a vivid, full colour image when motion is detected.

Colorful: Camera provides colourful video in low light conditions. If abnormal video is displayed, please switch to black and white mode.
